Col. Reese Turner

Human Resources Division Chief

As division chief at the United States Army Human Resources Command, Col. Reese Turner leads 80 personnel in the provision of talent and professional development services to more than 90,000 soldiers worldwide. He also serves as a primary strategic advisor, supporting the Operations Support Division's (OSD's) director of enlisted assignments. In this capacity, he coordinates OSD enlisted personnel placement. Dedicated to maximizing productivity, professional growth, and efficiency, Col. Reese Turner implements training and assignments that are geared toward the development of leaders.

Col. Turner previously served as army team lead with Operation Security Cooperation in Iraq and as executive director and manager of the Human Resources Command. Also a former battalion commander and deputy commander, he has served as a high-level officer in the US Army for more than 13 years.

Col. Turner holds a master’s degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix as well as a master’s degree in strategic studies from the US Army War College.
